Web Developer
We are looking for a creative and energetic individual that can work both independently and within the development team to compelling web experiences. Candidates located in Toronto are preferred.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in web design
- Design, develop and deliver clean & efficient code
- Experience developing with PHP & MySQL
- Creates cross-browser, semantic XHTML/CSS markup
- Knowledge of AJAX, JavaScript, Action Script and other web technologies are considered strong assets
- Experience developing for e commerce websites is considered a strong asset
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work in as part of small, dynamic and skilled team
Interactive Designer
Salt & Pepper is growing. We are looking for a strong background in developing creative, engaging, and highly usable web interfaces. You will report to the creative director and work in a team of multi disciplinary team. Candidates located in Toronto are preferred.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in web design
- Experience working with information architects in translating wire frames, site maps, functional specifications, and branding requirements into a working site
- strong Flash and motion skills
- Working knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and strong understanding of web standards
